Description

That’s because I’m a The Ring geek. Seriously, I loved that movie as a teen, and it left me with a fondness for creepy-looking trees.
Taken in Cheremule, Italy.

I think the shoot you have taken could be possibly interpretated with some reflection of your thougts and feeling in that precize moment, not only because you're a "the Ring" fan!
It's somewhat clear the idea of creepyness you're trying to express, the brunches of the tree are kind of stretching, agonizing to reach the sky, giving to the spectator the feeling of a suffering creature almost dying fighting for reaching the little amount of light left over.
The shire orange color, almost fading into the brown of the tree, is a little pop of color that makes the picture more alive, more realistic, and the cloudy grey sky behind is what complete the shoot, giving the creepy taste you wanted to add.
Plus the little yellow flowers are kind of, funny! I'll try to explain it: the flowers are usually an element of beauty, calm and quietness, and this little elements, that reminds my of Wordsworth's Daffodils, is the element of CALM that emphisize the creepyness around it!
I definitely liked the photo you've taken, it made me think, and this is what I what from art: beauty, feeling, questions, thoughts.
