"I met the Demon on a summer's day. Her name was Lily Anne, that's what she said. She was standing there alone, waiting for the fall. So I asked her would she wait for me, For the night to take this day away, But with the night she ran away, the demon clad in grey.
I summon the Demon you, oh Lily Anne. Summon the Demon you, oh Lily Anne. I summon the Demon you, oh Lily Anne. Summon the Demon you.
So I learned the way the Demon plays From this beauty clad in ashen grey, How she left me with the fall, left me all alone. Only sorcerers of death remains, Only shadowed ones, as some would say. And the night that sings to me of Lily Anne the grey.
I summon the Demon you, oh Lily Anne. Summon the Demon you, oh Lily Anne. I summon the Demon you, oh Lily Anne. Summon the Demon you, oh Lily Anne."
[ Demon You / Lily Anne - Draconian ]
This song is a cover of Lake Of Tears and is the first to feature Draconian's new female vocalist, Heike Van Dominic. Therefore, I'd like to dedicate this photo to her with my best wishies for her career in the band. With this said, this is the final submission from my cemetery session in Usini, Italy. For some reasons, this particular tomb saddened me a lot, perhaps because of the expressiveness of the sculpture (whose autor is unfortunately unknown). The woman looks serene, yet very melancholic, and that really touched me.
This reminded me of a poem from Doctor Who it goes
Demons run When a good man goes to war Night shall fall and drown the sun When a good man goes to war Friends lie, and true love dies The Light shall fall and The Dark shall rise When a good man goes to war.
